While its raining I’m creating CAD models for the next print job. Thats all the parts ready to print. A first class Ffestiniog Ashbury 4 wheel coach:

Bolster wagons based on modified slate wagons (as the prototypes were). As per photo on page 61 of the Festiniog guide:

2 ton coal wagon based on the drawing on page 63 of the associations Festiniog guide, It has been painted without any sanding or filling:

And the painted Wren, finished as “Lorna Doone” one of the 4 preserved Wrens in the UK:

3 D printing is extending the rolling stock fleet rapidly. The finished Wren ready to paint:

A detail showing the ends of the angle cut, filed and ground to the shape of the rail so that track can connect using fishplates:

On leaving the station the railway crosses the steps on the level via stainless angle set into the concrete:

The extension work progresses well during lockdown. The trackbed now extends behind the cottage. This is where the next station will be:
