Lilla and Little John are busy working, going up to and down from the reopened quarry respectively, while Benne relaxes in the rays, aloof in his isolated haze. They are enjoying the opening day (and anniversary of its inception) of the completed 5m long elevated 1 in 100 incline. Some may recognise a superficial similarity to the plate girder bridge over the A48 in Pontlliw…
